The two-week pilot

You already have the answers. They're in someone's inbox.

What was agreed with that vendor. How the team handles the job nobody has done since spring. Which customer was promised what. The pilot puts an assistant to work that answers from your own records, links where it found the answer, and runs on accounts you own.

How it runs

Starts after the audit. Two weeks. Graded.

  1. Before day one

From the audit: a written map of where your important information lives, which systems can and can't be reached in your setup, your off-limits list, and up to 25 questions your team actually asks. Each question has a named person on your side who knows the right answer.

  2. Week one

Connect the sources the audit showed are reachable. Some may not be, and you know which before you commit. Your people start using it on real work.

  3. Week two

Keep using it, fix what breaks, then grade every agreed question against the written answers. You get the scorecard and a plain recommendation: keep it, change it or stop.

How grading works

Right, partly right or wrong. With the reason for every miss.

See a sample scorecard

  • Before grading, your answer-owner writes down the right answer and where it lives.
  • An answer counts as right when it matches and links a source that supports it.
  • Questions with no written source are marked "not in the records" and reported separately, not counted as misses.
  • The pilot passes if it meets the pass line we agreed in writing at the start.

Ground rules

Your accounts. Your access rules.

  • It runs on a Claude business plan your company buys directly from Anthropic. That cost is yours, separate from my fee, and you own the account.
  • It is set up to follow each person's existing access. That gets tested in your own account during the pilot, before anyone relies on it.
  • Not included: anything that writes back to your systems, data you choose to exclude, systems with no working connection, and cleanup or migration of your files.

Price

Quoted in your audit report.

The pilot is scoped and priced once the audit shows what is reachable in your setup. The $2,500 audit comes first. What you paid is credited toward a pilot or build you sign within 30 days of the wrap-up call.
